Limits on mass gatherings increase to 25 people indoors and 50 outdoors.

Playgrounds can open.

Gyms can open at 30% capacity.

Age requirement for masks are now 5 years old and up.

Capacity limits at restaurants and salons do not change.

Bars, theaters, and indoor entertainment are still closed.

11pm curfew on alcohol sales at restaurants is extended to October 2.
