Try the same password you use for the App store

my daughter forgotten the her password on my ipad to get in to the icloud. We don't use the icloud at all. But it keep asking for it. How can I disconnected it from the ipad. I called the toll free number about it. They want $35 just to help with it. Can someone help me with this problem. Thank you
